Strong Tower Vineyard & Winery opened in Sept. of 2007 in Spring Hill, Florida.  Terry and Janis McKnight began planning and planting  in 2001 a variety of grapes, and now offering more than 8 wines all made here from start to finish. With whites,  reds or blush to choose from,  award winning wines are available  to choose from including gold and double gold medal winners from the recent  11 country Florida international wine competition.  You're always welcome in the wine shop for complimentary wine tasting, or  touring of the vineyard to processing.  The vineyard is open for u-pick seasonally and a certified Florida Farm Winery.  Private tastings and special occasion arrangements are also available.
